Structural Frame

Jasper Knight uses many different textual surfaces in his artworks. He likes to work with industrial materials for example enamel, masonite, plywood, perspex and copper. All these materials have their own history and a lot to do with construction. In most of his paintings he has a strong focal point usually made by a strong colour. His use of line is very efficient and represents different things and sometimes breaks things up into different parts.
