Jason Metsa (born July 17, 1980) is a Minnesota politician and member of the Minnesota House of Representatives. A member of the Minnesota Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party (DFL), he represents District 6B in northeastern Minnesota.

Metsa attended Mesabi Range Community and Technical College, graduating with a A.A.[1]
