Jason D. McBain (born April 12, 1974) is a former ice hockey defenceman. He was born in Ilion, New York and raised in Kimberley, British Columbia.
McBain was drafted 81st overall in the 1992 NHL Entry Draft by the Hartford Whalers and played 9 games for them over two seasons.
He is currently residing in Oregon working as a Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer. [citation needed]
