Jasen Rauch is the former rhythm guitarist for the alternative rock band Red. Although he is no longer a member, Rauch is still a songwriter for Red. He was an original member of the band, founded by Anthony and Randy Armstrong when they moved from Erie, Pennsylvania to Nashville, Tennessee to focus on their career.[1] Rauch has co-written much of Red's material.[2] Rauch uses PRS Guitars.[3]

Rauch co-wrote and worked with bands such as Breaking Benjamin, Pillar,[4] Kerrie Roberts, Brian "Head" Welch, Stars Go Dim, Fireflight, 12 Stones, Disciple and with Rob Graves in making a score for the film, Into the Darkness.[5] Rauch contributed to the writing of Breaking Benjamin’s song, "I Will Not Bow," the lead single from Dear Agony. The song is featured within the trailer for the Bruce Willis action thriller, Surrogates.[6] Rauch remixed the Family Force 5 song, "Radiator" for the remix album, Dance or Die with a Vengeance.[7][8] Rauch also produced the Distance EP by The Wedding.
