Jankowa Żagańska [janˈkɔva ʐaˈɡaɲska] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Iłowa, within Żagań County, Lubusz Voivodeship, in western Poland.[1] It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) north of Iłowa, 12 km (7 mi) west of Żagań, and 46 km (29 mi) south-west of Zielona Góra.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see Territorial changes of Poland after World War II).
The village has an approximate population of 600.
