Janette Rallison

Janette Rallison (born 1966) is an American writer best known for her light romance novels for young adults. She also writes young adult science fiction/fantasy as C. J. Hill and adult romantic novels as Sierra St. James.[1] Rallison grew up in Pullman, Washington and later moved to Chandler, Arizona. She is married with five children.
