Abaza has won three doubles titles on the ITF tour in her career. On August 5, 2013, she reached her best singles ranking of world number 374. On January 27, 2014, she peaked at world number 247 in the doubles rankings.

Partnering Louisa Chirico, Abaza won her first $50,000 ITF tournament at the 2013 Audi Melbourne Pro Tennis Classic, defeating Asia Muhammad and Allie Will in the final.
