Jan-Bart de Vreede works at Kennisnet and is the current chair of the Wikimedia Foundation Board of Trustees as of August 2013. He has been a member of the board since December 2006 and was the vice-chairman from 2007–2013.[2] De Vreede graduated from the Rotterdam School of Management, with a degree in business administration.
