Janów Podlaski [ˈjanuf pɔdˈlaskʲi] is a village in Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus.[1] It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Janów Podlaski. It lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north of Biała Podlaska and 115 km (71 mi) north-east of the regional capital Lublin. The village has a population of 2,700. Football Team is called Janowia Janow Podlaski, The state stud farm, also called Janow Podlaski, or simply Janow, is a world-renowned horse breeding establishment that specializing in the Arabian horse.
