Jalil Carter (born July 18, 1989 in Toledo, Ohio) is a professional Canadian football defensive back for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League. He signed as a free agent with the Argonauts on May 16, 2012.[1] Carter was a member of the 100th Grey Cup winning team. He also played college football for the Akron Zips.
