Jalan Duta

For the highway in same area, refer Jalan Duta-Segambut Highway.

Jalan Duta is a major road in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia which spans from the adjoining roundabout of Jalan Kuching, which the high flyover would take traffic straight into Jalan Ipoh and ends at the Parliament where it adjoins Jalan Mahameru. Buildings such as Federal Territory Mosque, Federal Governmental Complex, Arkib Negara (National Archives), Kuala Lumpur Courts Complex, New Istana Negara, MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre complex, Tun Razak Hockey Stadium and IKIM are located nearer to the Jalan Kuching roundabout.

The area around Jalan Duta is set to become highly-premium with the finalisation of the building-for-land deal, viz RM628 million the MATRADE Exhibition and Convention Centre for 65 acres (260,000 m2) of prime land in Kuala Lumpur with gross development value of RM15 billion to Naza TTDI Sdn Bhd. The project was awarded in secrecy with no public tender to a private UMNO-linked business entity, which has sparked off debates in the parliament.[citation needed]
