Transport

There is railway junction namely Jalamb Junction and is located between Nandura and Shegaon on Bhusawal - Badnera section of Bhusawal division of Central Railway. Jalamb connects Khamgaon town with main rail line.

Jalamb is quite famous in the locality for Shree Aasra Mata of Machchhindrakhed and Shri Payi Sansthan and Sitaram baba. The Rathod Teli families like Awachar,Sontakke and Marwadi families Like Chaudhary- Rathi-Agrawal-Sharma-Pandey- jangid are the few famous families having relations of Origin with the village.
