Jakub Koreis (born June 26, 1984, in Plzeň, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech professional ice hockey centre. He was drafted in the first round, 19th overall, by the Phoenix Coyotes in the 2002 NHL Entry Draft. He is yet to play in the National Hockey League; however, currently, he is playing with Ilves in Finland's SM-liiga.
