Jakub Jáně (born 13 September 1990 in Hradec Králové) is a Czech slalom canoeist who has competed since the mid-2000s.

He won a gold medal in the C-2 team event at the 2013 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Prague. He also won one silver and one bronze medal at the European Canoe Slalom Championships.[1]

His partner in the boat is Ondřej Karlovský.
