Jacques von Polier (in Russian: Жак фон Полье) (born September 5, 1979) is a French designer based in Russia [1] [2] [3] [4] .[5] He has collaborated on various artistic and design projects and is actually heading the creative and design department of the "Petrodvorets Watch Factory - Raketa". With David Henderson-Stewart,[6] they are the key-stone of restructuring and rebranding Russia's historical watch brand "Raketa".

Polier is also author of a book about Russia and Eurasia published in 2002 by Robert Laffont.[7] In 2011 he won the election organised by the Russian press of the "Top 50 of Saint-Petersburg's most famous people" for fashion [8] .[9]

In 2012 Jacques von Polier had the main role in the Ukrainian TV serial "Princes Undercover" (in Russian: Принц желает познакомиться) on Ukrainian channel 1+1.[10][11]
