Jacqueline Andere (Spanish pronunciation: [ʝakeˈlin anˈdeɾe]; born Maria Esperanza Andere y Aguilar on August 20, 1938 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico) is a Mexican actress.
Biography
Jacqueline starred in many telenovelas (starting with 1960's Vida por Vida) and her most recent ones include her villainous roles in La Madrastra opposite Victoria Ruffo and Peregrina.
She was married to José María Fernández Unsáin for more than 30 years, from 1967 to his death in 1997. They had one child together, Chantal Andere, who is also an actress. The two starred in 2002's telenovela La Otra, where Chantal played the younger version of the character her mother played. Jacqueline has been active since 1959.
She has been chosen as one of the killers in the popular series Mujeres Asesinas.[1]
One of her most famous films was La Casa del Pelícano.[2] She will star as the antagonist in Emilio Larrosa's telenovela: Libre para amarte.[3]
