John Harcourt du Preez (born 14 November 1942 in Salisbury, Rhodesia) is a former South African cricketer who played in two Tests against Australia in 1967.[1]

He played for Rhodesia from 1961-62 to 1979-80 as a leg-spinner and useful lower-order batsman.

Later he served as a national selector for Zimbabwe.
