Jack C. Rowan (March 22, 1911 – August 31, 1990) was the third head football coach for the Northeast Louisiana State located in Monroe, Louisiana and he held that position for six seasons, from 1958 until 1963. His coaching record at Northeast Louisiana State was 20 wins, 37 losses, and 0 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2007 season, this ranks him fifth at University of Louisiana at Monroe in total wins and tenth at University of Louisiana at Monroe in winning percentage (.351).[1]
