Jōvan Musk

Jōvan Musk is a low cost line of cologne for men and women. Jōvan, Inc. introduced the fragrance in 1972. There are also Jōvan Musk varieties of aftershave and deodorant. The fragrance is commonly sold at drug store and superstore chains. The company web site describes the cologne as "a blend of exotic spices and woods meets with the seductive power of musk."
In Episode 2 of The Real World: New York, the loft learns that prior to the show Eric appeared in a Jōvan Musk commercial and on the television show A Closer Look.
The Rolling Stones American Tour 1981 was the first in the rock industry to sell advertising rights to Jōvan Musk. Jōvan paid a million dollars to put their name on Rolling Stones tickets.[citation needed]
