Jürgen Bremer (born 26 September 1940) is an East German slalom canoer who competed from the early 1960s to the early 1970s. He won three gold medals at the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, earning them in 1963 (folding K-1) and 1967 (K-1 and K-1 team).
Bremer also finished eighth in the K-1 event at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.
