Trivia
- "Vash: The Stampede" is titled after Vash the Stampede, a character from the anime/manga Trigun.
- After the last track "Put You On" ends, at around 5:53 a secret hidden track entitled "I Kiss My Sweetie With My Fist/Hell Is for Heroes" is heard. The song is five minutes and fifteen seconds of instrumental metalcore with no lyrics.
- "Baseball Bats And Boogie Men" comes from a line in A Nightmare on Elm Street (1984).
- Two of the eleven songs on this album are from the band's demo released earlier in the year: "Go Long Dad" and "Your Song". The other three from that demo were included on the band's follow up album Rise or Die Trying.
- Three of the eleven songs on this album are three of the four from The Glory EP (2003): "Easier To Wait And See", "This Summer Session", and "One Time Too Many". The name of the remaining song was "The Bitter Taste Of Victory".
- The title of the album is taken from a line in the chorus of "Come On Bessie, Slow And Steady".
