Ismet Ekmečić (born 2 February 1969) is a retired Slovenian footballer who played in the Slovenian top division, 1.SNL. He was one of the best league goalscorers during the 1990s and was the top scorer of the 1997–98 Slovenian PrvaLiga season (21), while playing for Olimpija Ljubljana.
He is of Bosniak origin.
