Ishak Ali Moussa (born December 27, 1970 in Attatba (Tipaza), Algeria) is an Algerian former football player.[1]

- Won the Algerian league twice with CR Belouizdad in 2000 and 2001
- Won the Algerian Cup once with CR Belouizdad in 1995
- Won the Algerian League Cup once with CR Belouizdad in 2000
- Has 11 caps and 1 goal for the Algerian National Team including 2 games at the 1998 African Cup of Nations in Burkina Faso[2]
