Irupana Municipality or Villa de Lanza Municipality is the second municipal section of the Sud Yungas Province in the La Paz Department, Bolivia. Its seat is Irupana.

Geography
The 21,122 feet high Illimani is located in the Irupana Municipality, in Lambate Canton, on the border to the Pedro Domingo Murillo Province. Mururata mountain (19,262 ft), also situated in Lambate Canton, lies on the border to the Yanacachi Municipality.
