Irewole is a Local Government Area in Osun State, Nigeria. Its headquarters are in the town of Ikire in the south of the area at7°21′40″N 4°11′00″E / 7.36111°N 4.18333°E / 7.36111; 4.18333.

It has an area of 271 km² and a population of 143,599 at the 2006 census.
