Ip Kwok-him, GBS, JP (born 8 November 1951, Hong Kong) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong (Functional constituency, District Council).
Politics and political positions
Ip and the DAB take a consistent pro-government, pro-Beijing line, which is also anti-democracy.
Ip is the deputy chairman of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong and currently sits on the Board of directors of the Urban Renewal Authority.[1] He has been a member of the Central and Western District Council (Kwun Lung Lau) since the 1990s, except during the years 2003 to 2007, when he was defeated by Cyd Ho, a democratic candidate, in the 2003 district council election.[2] [3]
Ip is a Deputy to the Chinese National People's Congress. He has interested in conditioning farming system.
