International Towers Sydney are three approved commercial buildings which form the core of the commercial, residential and leisure development at Barangaroo South in Sydney, Australia. The development will deliver 283,900 sqm of commercial office space, approximately 800 residential apartments, 80-100 retail outlets and a landmark international hotel.

The three office skyscrapers International Towers Sydney, individually known as International Tower 1, 2 and 3, have been designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.

Tower IT1

International Tower 1 (IT1, previously known as C3)

The tallest tower at 217m comprising 49 floors is expected to be completed by the end of 2015. Main tenant KPMG has signed a 14 year lease to occupy the top 15 floors from January 2016.[2]

Tower IT2

International Tower 2 (IT2, previously known as C4)

Two major tenants of the central tower of the three buildings will be Westpac Banking Corporation and corporate law firm, Gilbert + Tobin who will occupy more than 80% of the tower’s space.[3] Construction to start from July 2013 and is expected to top out by March 2014. [1]
