Inter Monaro Soccer Club is a defunct Australian association football club that was based in Queanbeyan, NSW. Inter Monaro entered the NSW State League in 1977 after winning the ACT State League in 1976. In 1979 they won the NSW State League Grand Final. The club formerly entered the National Soccer League in 1985 and 1986 and competed in the top level leagues of NSW and ACT from the late 1970s through to the 1990s. Home matches were played at Seiffert Oval and at the Marco Polo ground adjacent to the Monaro clubhouse, both located in Queanbeyan.

National Soccer League

After winning New South Wales Division 1 in 1984, Inter Monaro entered the NSL for the 1985 season, replacing Melita Eagles in the Northern Conference. In their first season they finished 7th, two points outside of a finals position and below local rivals Canberra City. In 1985 National League Cup, Inter defeated West Woden 9-1 in the first round before being eliminated in the second round by Canberra 1-0.

The second season in the NSL was less successful. In the 1986 National League Cup, they were eliminated by Canberra City again, losing 2-1 in the first round. Inter finished bottom of the table with only three wins from 22 games, and a restructure of the national competition for the 1987 season cutting back to 13 teams saw the club relegated back to the NSW First Division.
