Inkollu is a village and a Mandal in Prakasam district in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India.^[1]

Location

Inkollu is located at 15°50′00″N 80°12′00″E / 15.8333°N 80.2°E / 15.8333; 80.2.^[2] It has an average elevation of 10 metres (33 feet). Inkollu is the biggest mandal in Parchoor Constituency. The village has a history that goes back more than 1500 years.^{[citation needed]}

Inkollu is an upper modal village. Located in the village is the 1500 old lord Chennakesava temple, and opposite to that is the lord Shiva temple. The dhwajasthambom in the Chennakesawa temple is made up of single rock. In ancient days, it was known as the agrahaaram (Vishnu and Shiva temples mutual opposite). Inkollu is the one big village surrounded by nearly 30–40 small villages. Inkollu is the main business centre for these small villages.

There is one Zilla Parishat High School with good play ground and delivered so many graduates. NRVSR girl's high school is there for girls. It also makes very good number of citizens. M.R.R Prakasam Public School is the first English medium school in the mandal. surya Public School. surya residential college. Bhashyam public school.

Nivedita public school is started by Daggubati Educational Institutes

Dr.Daggubati Venkateswara Rao started Junior College and Degree College on his late brother's name Neelamohan and late father's name Chenchu Ramaiah respectively. It offers Bpharmacy and PG cources also.There is a computer training center to learn different software courses.

Fuel Filling Stations

There is a Petrol Bunk from IOC (Indian Oil Dealers) which is running more than 45 years under the name Bellamkonda Subbarayudu. Recently 3 more petrol Bunks came. HP, BP and another IOC.
