Indxx, LLC is a global diversified financial services firm. Founded in 2005 by Mexx Co-founder PK Sen Sharma, the company has offices in New Delhi, India; New York, USA; and London, UK. It currently has three main business divisions: Index Services, ETF Advisory, and Fund Advisory.

The firm's index division specializes in the development and publishing of proprietary custom indices, which are licensed to financial intermediaries worldwide. The company's global presence allows 24 hour continuous work capability, a model that offers more personalized service, responsiveness and adaptability compared to traditional larger, more-established index providers.[1] Indxx indices are currently used as benchmarks for exchange-traded funds,[2] SMAs, and other financial products. The company maintains and calculates information on dozens of indices, most focused on the emerging market and US investment space,[3][4] with a number live and trading on the New York Stock Exchange[5] and more approved or awaiting approval from the SEC.[6][7][8] Products based on the company's indices have garnered attention in the press for their composition and positioning.[9][10] As of April 2013, assets in ETFs based on Indxx indices exceed $350 million.

Indxx is also unique among indexing firms in that it offers complete ETF life cycle support via its ETF Advisory division. This “indexing combined with support” model is new and unique in the industry. The division specializes in working closely with clients to assist in the entire ETF product life cycle, from initial fund concept development to launch and then post-launch support. This usually takes the form of market research, white papers, marketing support, and sales support. Throughout the process, the ultimate goal is developing, launching and supporting a product that can successfully gather assets.

Indxx has a third division, Fund Advisory, that specializes in working closely with asset and investment managers to assist in all aspects of fund life cycle management, from developing new fund/strategy concepts to launch, and then post-launch support and maintenance activities.
