It is located at 1410 Washington Boulevard, and occupies the northeast corner on Grand River Avenue and Washington Boulevard. The former Industrial Bank building was designed with a mixture of art deco and art moderne architectural designs. The roof has a very intricate design of limestone cornices. It has arched windows, reminiscent of the art deco style of architecture.

A fire struck the building in February 2003, temporarily displacing over 100 residents.
