Indiaproperty Online Pvt Ltd is an online real estate portal in India which offers an online platform to buy, sell and rent properties, across the country.

IndiaProperty had its augmented reality based mobile app launched in 2012[1] for iOS, Android, Windows and BlackBerry platforms. This Augmented Reality based mobile application allegedly has the intelligence to provide the user with real time property data based on GPS technology and enables the user to search for properties available based on his location coordinates.

Indiaproperty.com conducts a series of Property Fairs called 'Gruhapravesham'[2] across major Indian cities. Gruhapravesham[3] is a property fair that provides a platform to Property sellers, agents, home loan companies and allied service industries to connect with property buyers providing an opportunity to the real estate stakeholders helping them to interact with each other on a common platform.

History

Indiaproperty.com was previously a part of Consim Info, a company founded by Murugavel Janakiraman which operates BharatMatrimony, CommunityMatrimony and EliteMatrimony. Effective from March 2013, IndiaProperty.com is no more a part of BharatMatrimony and has been established a separate entity as IndiaProperty Online Pvt. Ltd.

Indiaproperty.com, has announced a Series B funding of $12 million led by Bertelsmann with participation from existing investors Canaan Partners and Mayfield Fund.[4][5]

Ask.IndiaProperty.com[6] is a real estate web portal guide for users seeking information and guidance on investing in property. AssistedProperty[7] is an assisted online property search service by Indiaproperty.com that helps customers in finding properties in India.

Indiaproperty's Call-n-List service[8] can enable property owners to list property online by providing information through a toll-free number.

White Papers

Indiaproperty.com publishes a series of research papers officially named as Solid Grounds on the real estate market. These white papers are on Chennai micro-markets like North Chennai,[9] Velachery,[10] Vandalur,[11] Tambaram[12] also residential price trends in Chennai.[13] White papers on cities include Bangalore[14] and Navi Mumbai micro-markets like Ulwe,[15] Taloje[16] & Airoli.[17][18]
