The Mapepire Corde Violon[1] or Blunthead Tree Snake[2] (Imantodes cenchoa) is a slender snake in the colubrid family. It is found from southern Mexico, through Central America and South America.[2] It feeds on geckos, anolis lizards, frogs, reptile eggs, and frog eggs.
Distribution
Southern Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Belize, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, Venezuela, French Guiana, Brazil, Bolivia, Paraguay, Peru, Argentina, Ecuador, and Trinidad and Tobago.[2]
