Ilona Gusenbauer (née Majdan, born 16 September 1947) is a former Austrian athlete, who mainly competed in the high jump.
She was born in Gummersbach, Nordrhein-Westfalen, West Germany.
Gusenbauer competed for Austria in the women's high jump at the 1972 Summer Olympics held in Munich, Germany, where she won the bronze medal.
