Ildar Ibragimov (Tatar: Илдар Ибраһимов, İldar İbrahimov, born 16 August 1967) is a chess Grandmaster. He played on the bronze-medal-winning USA team in the 2006 Chess Olympiad.[1]

Born in Kazan, Russia, he was equal first alongside Kramnik and Kharlov at the 1991 USSR Under 26 Championship. He received the Grandmaster title in 1993. He now competes for the United States, where he has lived since 2002. He was a co-winner of the 2004 US Open and was equal third in the 2006 US Championship. He has a FIDE rating of 2583, making him the 8th highest-ranked American player as of July 2009. He is currently outside of the world's Top 100 but was ranked 73rd in January 2006, when he reached a peak rating of 2635. He lives in New Haven, Connecticut. He is an ethnic Tatar.
