Ikando
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Ikando is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) in Ghana that recruits volunteers and interns on behalf of other organizations that seek volunteer help or the financial contribution that Ikando provides to offset the costs of volunteers. Ikando has been accused[1] of nonpayment of those financial contributions putting the placed volunteers in an awkward position while at placements. Volunteers[1] and guests[2] have reported negative experiences with Ikando.
Africa Volunteer and Africa Intern are Ikando aliases.
