Ichinoseki Station (一ノ関駅 Ichinoseki-eki) is a railway station in Ichinoseki, Iwate, Japan, operated by the East Japan Railway Company (JR East).

The station has two Shinkansen platforms serving two tracks and two conventional line platforms serving three tracks.

History

  • April 16, 1890: Station is opened, and service on what is now the Tōhoku Main Line is started.
  • July 26, 1925: Service on the Ōfunato Line is started.
  • June 23, 1982: Service on the Tōhoku Shinkansen is started.
