Ice Miller LLP is a large law firm in the United States.

History

The firm was founded in 1910 in Indianapolis, Indiana under the name of Henley Matson and Gates. In 1929, Harry Ice joined the firm. Following a series of name changes, in the 1950s, the firm operated as Ross McCord Ice and Miller. The firm changed its name to Ice Miller Donadio and Ryan in 1963. In 2000, the firm changed its name to Ice Miller.[3] Ice Miller represents a full portfolio of private and public companies, government entities and individuals and serves as legal counsel to many of the Midwest's leading businesses, to state and local governments and to companies throughout the country and the world.[4] Ice Miller's clients include Angie's List, The Coca-Cola Company, Indiana University, Citizens Energy Group, Cook Group Incorporated, Indiana Finance Authority, Vera Bradley, ExactTarget, Fifth Third Bancorp, Lucas Oil, the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Churchill Downs, Inc., Big Lots, Huntington Bank, Nationwide Insurance, Limited Brands, Steak 'n Shake, Honey Baked Ham, and Wyndam Hotels & Resorts.[5]

The firm has offices in Indianapolis; Chicago, Illinois; DuPage County, Illinois; Columbus, Ohio; Cleveland, Ohio; and Washington, D.C.
