Ibrahim Hakki Pasha.

Ibrahim Hakki Pasha (Turkish: İbrahim Hakkı Paşa 1862–1918) was one of the Grand Viziers of the Ottoman Empire.[1] He served as Ottoman Ambassador to Germany and to the Kingdom of Italy.[2]
