ISO 20252

ISO 20252:2012, "Market, opinion and social research - Vocabulary and service requirements," is an international standard first published by ISO in 2006.

ISO 20252 was created at the initiative of EFAMRO (European Federation of Market, Social and Opinion Research Agency Trade Associations). It superseded and replaced the British Standard, BS 7911:2003.[1]
