Hush Lake is an unorganized territory in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, United States. As of the 2000 census, the unorganized territory had a total population of three.

Geography

According to the United States Census Bureau, the unorganized territory has a total area of 125.1 km² (48.3 mi²); 122.8 km² (47.4 mi²) of it is land and 2.3 km² (0.9 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.84% water.

Demographics

As of the census[1] of 2000, there were three people, two households, and one families residing in the unorganized territory. The population density was 0.0/km² (0.1/mi²). There were four housing units at an average density of 0.0/km² (0.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the unorganized territory was 100.00% White.

There were two households out of which none have children under the age of eighteen living with them, one is a married couple living together, and one is a non-family. One household is made up of individuals and none have someone living alone who is sixty five years of age or older. The average household size was 1.50 and the average family size was 2.00.

In the unorganized territory the population was spread out with 66.7% from twenty five to forty four and 33.3% from forty five to sixty four. The median age is forty four years. For every one hundred females there were 200.0 males. For every one hundred females age eighteen and over, there were 200.0 males. However, since there are only three people, this means that there is one woman and two men.
