Hugh H. Rowatt

Hugh Howard Rowatt (August 17, 1861 - 1938) was Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, Canada from 1931 to 1934 who, at the age of 69, remains the oldest person to ever be sworn into the office. ^[1]
