Hugh McNeal Blacklock (January 1, 1893 – January 9, 1954) was a professional American football offensive tackle in the National Football League. He played for seven seasons for the Decatur Staleys, the Chicago Staleys, the Chicago Bears and the Brooklyn Lions.
