Hubert Rankin

The Very Reverend Hubert Mitchell Rankin ^[1] was Provost of St Ninian's Cathedral, Perth for a brief period in 1935.^[2] A former Rector of Montrose,^[3] he died in 1935.^[4] His younger son was John Rankin.^[5]
