Huang Ming-hui (Chinese: 黃敏惠; pinyin: Huáng Mǐnhuì) is a Taiwanese politician in the Republic of China. She is the incumbent mayor of Chiayi City and vice chairperson of Kuomintang. Between 1999 and 2005, she was a member of the Legislative Yuan.[2][3]
