Howe Street is a hamlet near the A130 road and the River Chelmer, in the parish of Great Waltham, in the Chelmsford District, in the county of Essex. It is near the town of Chelmsford. It has a small population of less than 200, and had a pub called The Green Man, which was at the heart of the local community.
