Howard W. Jackson

Howard Wilkinson Jackson (August 4, 1877 – August 31, 1960[1]) was the Mayor of Baltimore, Maryland from 1923 to 1927 and from 1931-1943.
He supported the integration of the Peabody Conservatory in 1949.
