Howard B. Jefferson was an American football coach in the United States.
Coaching career
Coach Howard Jefferson was the head college football coach for the Hillsdale Chargers located in Hillsdale, Michigan. He held that position for the 1923 and 1924 seasons. His coaching record at Hillsdale was 9 wins, 4 losses and 2 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2009 season, this ranks him #11 at Hillsdale in total wins and #8 at the school in winning percentage (.667).[2]
He is a member of the Norwalk, Ohio Hall of Fame.[3]
