Hotel Cafe Tour

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Hotel Cafe Tour is the brainchild of Cary Brothers,[1] a North American singer-songwriter, who has been a regular performer at the Hotel Café venue in Hollywood. Having played in the Hotel Cafe for many years, and enjoyed its relaxed but stimulating culture where artists support each other musically, he suggested taking it on the road. His idea was welcomed by other Hotel Cafe frequenters including rising star Meiko, Greg Laswell, Tom McRae, Joe Purdy, Jim Bianco, Steve Reynolds, Brian Wright, and others. For the last 4 years, the Tour has traveled around various venues in the States. In 2006, Tom McRae took the Tour to the UK,[2] and in 2008, McRae brought it back to the UK and also took it further afield, to continental Europe.
