Horní Rožínka is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.02 square kilometres (0.78 sq mi), and has a population of 84 (as at 28 August 2006).
Horní Rožínka lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 46 km (29 mi) east of Jihlava, and 144 km (89 mi) south-east of Prague.
